Can  human marry a djinn/Jinn ?

Absolutely. It has happened in the past. All Muslim scholars agree djinn does marry among themselves, have children and a family system.

Though “Imam Tha’Alibi” states, “some scholars say that human beings and djinns can intermarry and have children together”. In his book “Nawadir Al Usool” (The Precious Principals) Hakeem Tirmizi talks about AYESHA, the wife of the holy prophet. That the prophet said “Definitely some among you are the strangers”. The people asked him “ O-prophet of ALLAH, What do you mean by stranger”. He said in return, “those people in whom Djinns have shared”. Those people are called strangers because of the strange mix of blood.

Does Shariah (Islamic Law) allow human and Djinn to marry?

This subject has had many debates among Islamic scholars. Some agree and some do not. Islamic Scholars that state this marriage is allowable are Imam Malik, Imam Qatada and Ibn Al-Imad. Islamic Scholar who disagrees is Shakih Jamaluddin Sijistani. He is the Imam of the Hanafi school of thoughts.

Problem can arise, because during an Islamic ceremony even if held with the djinn and future wife, both need to be there and in some cases the djinn will only make himself/herself known to the person that he/she is in love with and wants to marry, thus bringing the question forward, will the ceremony be considered lawful by Islamic law if the djinn chooses not to be present?

Another problem comes to mind. If the woman is pregnant from the djinn, what will she tell the

people in her immediate circle? Djinns do not and usually won’t make himself/herself known the general public. So even though it is very possible for the marriage to occur, I feel the dangers and problems behind it are too immense and could destroy not only the marriage but anything else around it from the anger of the djinn.

The ones who have seen Female Djinns have described them as flawless and have fallen in love with their beauty not taking into consideration that Djinn is made from fire. About Djinn

Djinn are said to be creatures with free will , made from smokeless fire by god (Arabic:Allah) as

humans were made of clay , among other thing.
According  to the Quran , Jinn have free will , and Iblis abused the freedom in front of God by refusing to bow to Adam when God ordered angels and Jinn to do so . For disobeying God, Iblis was expelled from paradise and called "Shaytan" ( Satan ) . Jinn are frequenty mentioned in the Quran : Surah 72 (named surat al-Jinn) is named  after the jinn and has a passage about them . Another Surah ( Surat al-Nas) mentions Jinn in the last verse. The Quran  also mentions that Muhammad was sent as a prophet to and messengers were sent to both communities.

Jinn (Arabic: al-Jinn) also romanized as djinn or anglicized as genies (with the more broad meaning of  demons) , are supernatural creatures in early Arabian and later Islamic  mythology and theology .An individual member of the jinn is known as a jinn , Djinn  or genie al Jinn) .
